Hey every one. I have something kinda cool to share with you today… I finally tried my hand at making an ”online style” comic.
But, I need to give you some back story before I you can see the comic. Right now, as you know, I am at school in Canada at Think Tank Training Centre. What you don’t know is the entire top floor is under construction and was the inspiration for this little comic. Basically the two guys who run the school are remodeling and expanding the school, and they are doing most of the reno themselves. Because they are doing it themselves, they have the capacity to really do what they want with the school.
Scott, is kinda the brains behind the crazy ideas for the reno. For example: the top floor’s paint job has been done to resemble BioShock the video game. He built a Death Star window in one of the classrooms. They plan on having a full sized Gollum statue and remote control UP house to fly around on a track in the celling. And the crazy ideas continue.
The other teacher: Joe. He has some cool ideas too, but he mostly seems to just listen and nod his head to what Scott says and has ideas for. He also has to have his coffee in the morning and always wears a “beanie” or “touk” as the Canadians say.
Basically these ideas formulated a funny story in my head and I made a comic about it. The comic has been so well recieved at school that both Joe and Scott asked me to remaster it to an 11″ x 17″ 300 DPI image so they can print it out and hang it in the school. Also, if I ever decide to make more, my friend thought a good name for the series could be Under Construction. Pretty sweet! Maybe I will indeed make more in the future… Anyways, click the continue reading button to check it out!

Bret this is brilliant! You really captured both of those guys personality and looks – wow! I am impressed. You might have to jump occupations from 3D modeling to 2D animation (joke).
